Ashley Young Joins Manchester United

It is so far the biggest transfer made in the Premier League this summer the move of England midfielder Ashly Young from Aston Villa to Manchester United.  The England starlet has signed a five year deal worth £31m at Old Trafford and says he is looking forward to winning trophies at United and most importantly helping them win their 20th Premier League title.

Come August 13th Young will be pulling on the most famous red jersey in Football walking out for United, his debut is likely to come before that during the Community Shield match against local rivals Manchester City on August 7th.

The player who started his professional career with Watford used to turn up to training in battered old Ford Fiesta, will now join in the competition with Bentley's and Ferrari's at Man Utd's training ground.  The 25 year old is predominantly a left sided midfield player but can also play up front adding to what is already an impressive United strike force, his place in the side is not guaranteed though and he will have to train hard to prove his worth and take Giggs spot on the left.
